It is, I am, and you can too!

One of my favorite things to come out of Flying Bike so far is thus: When people try my homebrew, they might say "Hey, that's really good! You should open a brewery"! My current response is the subject line!

Occasionally I'll mix it up with a "it's funny you say that..." and go into my spiel. I'm attending my friends' wedding this weekend, for which I've brewed 10 gallons of beer. I expect I'll come up with two or three more lines to add to my repertoire for these situations! I sampled the beer before it went into kegs, and I'm really happy with how they turned out! One is my hefeweizen (I had a batch at our meet and greet, for anyone that was there and had some) and a certain "foreign" amber-esque beer.

Also, we'll be at the Washington Brewers Festival this Saturday and Sunday; while we can't serve beer there (something about not actually having a brewery), we will be talking to folks about our co-op, what it means to us, and why they should join!
