Fly PA, the new Northeast US regional carrier
Direct flights to Punxsutawney! (Bill Murray not included)
No, it's not really an airline, yet. I don't really know if it ever will be, but hey, why not? The planes could be made up to look like Phil. It'd be great for the kids!
In other news, the registration has opened for the FlyPA contest. You can register in the members area here. You may be asking "why an online registration? Does this mean that I don't have to fill out the forms?"
Yes, you still have to fill out the forms.
The registration is a huge help to us. We've got to plan for judges and capacity etc etc, so if we can ballpark the number of entries that goes a very long way in being able to plan this thing to run smoothly. Thanks in advance!
Hopefully you've all started on your IPAs. We did announce awhile back that the contest would be for IPAs. If you are super enterprising, you'd have brewed then to give your beer a good long time to age and awesome-ify. Alas, I am not that super enterprising and have not brewed yet either. I'm finding it hard to brew lately, with the sunny weather (when we've got it), I just want to drink beer and sit outside. I've had the ingredients for my annual Pumpkin ale for over a month now, and haven't gotten around to brewing it yet. Sad, right?
Anyhow, get brewing if you haven't, tell your friends if you haven't, and if you haven't, win our competition and get your beer on tap!
