Tour de Pints 2014!!

Hey Flying Bikers,

What a great weekend we all had! Tour de Pints was awesome - the beer was pouring and the rain wasn't!
Tim, Shawn, David, Mitch, Kevin, Melissa, and Erinn were all there, and we saw some familiar faces, and lots of new ones!

Sunshine greeted us as we assembled at Elysian...

As far as we know, everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time!

It got a bit overcast in the middle, but hey - no one got sunburnt, OR rained on!

A big shout out and thank you to Elysian, Chuck's CD, Roanoke, Lenny's, The Yard and of course, STOUP for all their support, and cool swag to hand out!

And it turns out in the end, that the Bike Ride was just as good as the "Bike Rye'd"!

Sunday was Mother's Day, and most of us layed low - although there was an expedition launched to Beveridge Place for their "Iron Brewer - Medieval Edition" event. No word from the crew on how that went, but it has presented some very interesting brews in the past...

Tonight some of us are going to be up at Naked City again for North meets South - an exploration of borderline beers - uh, Border State beers (ie: Oregon and Vancouver).  And Kevin and Erinn will be at Pike Brewing for the Women in Beer event - which hilights our great regional women brewers.  Hopefully Charlie & Rose will be there - they are definitely one of this area's Beer Power Couples and the greatest folks you'd like to meet!
