We need a few [more] Good investments!

Hello Fellow Member-Owner,

We are on the verge of opening Washington state’s first-ever cooperatively-owned brewery! Nearly $290,000 has been raised through the Member Investment program. Our lease at 8570 Greenwood Ave N has been signed and construction is well underway, BUT, we need to raise more to meet and exceed our goal in order to open successfully. It’s a very exciting time to be a member of this co-op, and a monumental time to become a member-investor!

The co-op is profoundly grateful for those who invested in our progress thus far - we have accomplished so much because of you! Today is the day. If you feel inspired to give more or have friends who would love to get involved, this is the time to encourage action. Tax refunds and piggie banks are all welcomed currency!

At the root of this whole mission is the beer. We’re in the reviewing stage of our quest to hire a well-seasoned, impeccable brewer, and we have very impressive candidates. What you invest today will directly impact our ability to hire a top-tier individual capable bringing amazing Flying Bike beers to the market. What other brewer has the opportunity to step into a role with over 1,000 members cheering them on?!

Your investments help us create an inviting tasting room for patrons. Your dollars buy kegs, grain, hops, yeast, glassware, floor drains, lighting fixtures, and all of the accessibility features that will make the tasting room welcome to everyone. Where else will you be able to walk into a space and experience a deep sense of ownership and collective community? This is YOUR brewery. The board is extremely resourceful and working hard to stretch every dollar, but there’s only so much we can do. The rest is in your hands.
