Washington Brewer’s Guild 2019 Winter Beer Festival will be December 6 and 7, at Magnuson Park Hangar #30.
We need pourers for each of the 3 available shifts to pour at this event. Shifts are:
Friday, December 6:
Setup time to be determined. The festival has listed the setup time from 1:00 to 5:00 – contact Kevin to see what time he wants help with the setup. You will be pouring from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. (Get with Kevin to arrange setup times. We must be ready to pour at 5:30, so plan to arrive earlier for the setup.)
Saturday, December 7 – 2 shifts:
Shift 1 – Noon to 4:00 PM – need 2 volunteer pourers.
Shift 2 – 5:30 to 9:30 PM – need 1 volunteer pourer to work with Kevin; at end of event this volunteer will assist Kevin in taking the booth down and loading everything.
The first shift on Friday will also be decorating the booth – there is a People’s Choice Award for the best decorated booth at the festival, and for their favorite beer.
