The Pacific Science Center Brewology is back.

“[Their] most popular 21-plus tasting event is back this June with new flavors. Brewology provides an opportunity to geek out like a grown-up. Attendees taste craft brews from the greater Seattle area and learn how they were made directly from the brewmasters themselves while exploring PacSci after hours.”

Since this is the Pacific Science Center, they would like us to show some of the science behind the beer, so we are planning on demonstrating the effects of N2 infusion in a beer by serving the same beer, Kate’s Cream Ale, once with CO2 and once on Nitro.  Come join us for this fun and educational event.

Responsibilities:

  • Pour beer to the thirsty masses
  • Make sure guests are not over-served.  Completing the MAST class would be helpful, as they cover this in detail, but it is not required.
  • Demonstrate our science project and educate guests on the topic
  • Talk to people about Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery and all the advantages of membership
  • Set-up and Take-down of the Flying Bike booth.  Set-up time and details to come.

Note that you will be expected to help with the science presentation, possibly in front of an audience.

They are also offering discount tickets to the event, using discount code BREWFF.  Buy Tickets Here.
