It’s already sold out!  But you can still get a ring-side seat at this iconic and (obviously) popular event at the Museum of Flight.

Your Favorite Brewery (that’s us!) will be there as a participating vendor, and we will need a few volunteers to man our booth.  Not only does this help the Museum of Flight keep providing their excellent programs and services, but it puts Flying Bike out there as a staple of the local craft beer community.

Setup:  Meet at the brewery at [TBD – probably 4;30 – 5:00PM] to load up all the gear and kegs.  We will get a load-in time as the date gets closer.
Get the booth set up, beer iced and ready to go by 6:30pm

Lots of great food will be available courtesy of McCormick & Schmicks.  Besides working at our booth, you’re welcome to visit the other participants, enjoy the music and have as much fun as humanly possible.

The event runs until 10:00 pm, breakdown starts after that.  Get unfinished kegs back to the brewery and in the cold room, equipment back to the brewhouse, so it can be cleaned up and put away for next time.
