Sounds gross right? Off Flavor Tastings are a crucial part of how brewers (both home and professional) build their skills. We will lead the group through a guided tasting of purposely tainted beers (not ours, of course) that showcase what can go wrong on brewday. Anyone (as long as they’re a member owner) can join and it’s even free to participate, however, we can only admit a certain number of folks to the tasting so we know we’ll have enough for everyone, so you’ll need to register for this one.
