Flying Bike Homebrew Competitions are back!

Join us during Anniversary week to select a Northwest IPA.

Like the sign says, this is Member Driven Beer, and we can’t do it without members coming down and making it happen.  We need help running the competition, dispensing tasters, and then getting it all back in place and ready for the taproom to open for business.

Jobs:

• Come in early and help set up the taproom.  Move tables, get the beer line ready, prep the beers and be ready for the judges to arrive
• Check in member-judges as the arrive.  There will be a list of advance signups, but there will always be last-minute changes.  Everyone attending must sign in, get a judging sheet and a tasting glass.
• Dispensing the competition beers.  Arguably the most important job of the day.  Fill pitchers with member brews (making sure the right beer goes in the right pitcher!) and pouring tasters for the member-judges to make their all-important decisions.
• At the end of the event, bus all the tables and put them back in place and ready for the taproom to open for business by 1:00pm

Note that although the event runs until 1:00, last call will be at 12:45pm. Tasters down and taproom cleared promptly at 1:00pm.
